EMDR & counselling for teens and adult men with ADHD
Feeling stuck? Let’s find a way forward.
Most of my clients come to me because they feel stuck. Anxiety, low motivation, ADHD, anger, relationship issues - you don't need to have it figured out before you reach out.
My approach is direct, practical, and personalized; there's no one-size-fits-all script. I work with teens and adults to build a clear, achievable plan, and I draw on EMDR, CBT, and trauma-informed care to help you process what's keeping you stuck, not just manage the symptoms. Alongside my practice, I also work as a counsellor in a secondary school setting, which keeps me directly connected to what teens and families are actually dealing with day-to-day.
Whatever's coming up for you, we'll figure out how to remove the barriers and move forward, step by step.
